North Corktown, MI Infill
Seven different factory-built homes frm six different home building facilities converted an empty block in North Corktown (Detroit) into a energetic community. Sited on a Community Land Trust (CLT), it is one of the first of its kind in SE Michigan. Togethter with the Gilbrt Family Foundation and Detroit Justice Center, it became a reality.

LaGrange, TX Scattered Lots
Working with BCL of Texas (non-profit housing org) and Next Step Network to place workforce housing into LaGrannge, TX.

Phoenix, AZ Scattered Lots
Working with Chicanos Por La Causa in Phoenix, AZ while CEO of Next Step Network, we collaborated on the siting of this home as an example of what is possible with factory-built housing.

Jackson, MS Infill
An effort to make more homeownership opportnities to working families in Jackson, MS. Converting blighted areas and providing attainable housing for middle and lower income families. Sold as real property, allowing appreciation and equity growth by its owners. This program has Down Payment Assistance (DPA) available from various sources up to $40,000.

San Bernardino, CA Scattered Lots
An initial effort in San Bernardino, CA with NPHS (non-profit housing) and Next Step Network to re-populate areas of San Bernardino with affordable housing. The program was so successful, NPHS established a retailer to continue the work moving forward placing more homes in the area.

Tampa Bay, FL Scattered Sites
This was a demonstration in Tampa Bay area of how factory-built housing can make a difference to a neighborhood, and enhance ge vaue of the surrounding homes.
